Nose:
Rich aromas of molasses, raisins & fudge cushioned by a malty background .

Palate:
Sweet and layered with notes of sultana and dried fruits brightened by peppery, floral 
highlights 

Finish:
Toasty and long with layers of dates and cake spices leaving a sweet grape linger
