Distilled in 1999, this exceptional single malt spent 22 years maturing in a single Fernando De Castilla PX Sherry Butt until it was finally bottled at cask strength in 2022.

Limited to only 683 bottles.

Nose:
Notable sherry influence, as expected, with a good handful of dried fruit and baking spices, with a little pepper spice.

Palate:
More of that pepper spice appears, balanced by sweet sultanas, oily walnuts and sherried fruitcake.

Finish:
A touch of vanilla sweetness with a drizzle of honey and a lingering warming peppery note.
