Nose:
Aromas of fine cut marmalade, Manuka honey, fruit syrup and melon cushioned with baking spice and burnt sugar.
Palate:
Rich layers of tarte-tatin, lemon curd, candied peels and dried tropical fruits mingled with syrup flapjacks and cocoa powder.
Finish:
Cosy layers of black coffee and toasted nuts highlighted with tinned apricots and vanilla custard sweetness.
